Our training programme consists of:
· On-the-job training in at least two of Clipper’s three strategic business units; Projects, Bulk and Tankers
· A series of internal seminars such as Sale & Purchase of vessels, Marketing, Crewing, Claims,
Bunkering and Procurement & Purchase
· Co-sailing on one of our vessels
· Formal shipping education at Esbjerg Handelsskole
· Or formal finance education at Niels Brock
· First two years of a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) at Copenhagen Business School |
